In 1991, Shanghai Sheng Wang Industry Co.,Ltd. was invested by Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd., managing in     importing and selling vehicles in China.

In 1994, Shanghai Sheng Wang Industry Co., Ltd. was renamed Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd.,starting to import parts for vehicles from America.

In 1996, Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd. was granted the general agency of America for BX100 Air Pressure and Hydraulic Pressure BREAK Systems.

In 1998, Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd. started to export Chinese crafts and groceries to America. Dalian office was set up by Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd.

In 1999, Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd. began to export commodities, groceries to Japan and import wood and machine parts from Japan and Europe.

In 2002, Kyoto office was set up in Japan by Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd.

In 2004, Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd. renamed Shanghai Homecheery Int'l Trade Co., Ltd., starting to   independently export products in the field of commodities,household textile,crafts, stationery and etc. to Japan,Europe   and America.

In 2005, Hang Zhou Lin An Meng Die Home Textile Co., Ltd. was established by Shanghai Hong Wang Industry Co., Ltd., with the main production scale as jewellery pouch, polishing cloth, cushion cover and other home textiles.
